Position:
Junior HR Executive

Location:
Belghoria, Kolkata

Working Days:
6 Days

Timing:
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary:
₹10,000 – ₹14,000

Experience:
0–1 year (Freshers can apply /
HR/Recruitment internship will be a plus)

Preference:
Female candidates preferred

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
  • Maintain employee attendance & HR documentation.
  • Support HR operations and administrative tasks.
  • Help in employee engagement activities and internal coordination.

Skills Required:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment process.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to multitask.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor's degree (BBA/HR/Business Administration or any relevant field).
  • Internship experience in HR or recruitment will be considered an advantage.
