What we are looking for
You'll be designing, customizing, and maintaining CRM solutions by configuring workflows, developing custom functionalities, and integrating Veeva with external systems to enhance customer engagement and compliance. We are seeking an individual who not only possesses the requisite expertise but also thrives in the dynamic landscape of a fast-paced global firm.
What you'll do
- Lead the development, implementation, and enhancement of Veeva CRM and suite solutions aligned with business and client objectives.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Veeva CRM, advising on digital best practices and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and end-users to define, gather, and document business requirements.
- Design and configure custom objects, workflows, page layouts, validation rules, and automation within the Veeva ecosystem.
- Oversee the integration of Veeva CRM with upstream and downstream systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
- Support and guide teams in the deployment of Veeva Vault CRM modules such as Vault CRM, Vault, Approved Emails, Align & Align+, etc.
- Define and maintain a roadmap to ensure timely and scalable delivery of digital solutions.
- Ensure adherence to GxP compliance, data security, and regulatory requirements specific to the life sciences industry.
- Lead technical documentation, training sessions, and knowledge transfers across teams.
Must have
- 3 – 10 years of hands-on experience in Veeva CRM suite development and implementation
- Proficiency in platform, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
- Mandatory hands-on experience of working on Vault PromoMats, Medcomms, etc.
- Deep understanding of Veeva CRM configuration, workflow design, automation, and validation rules
- Expertise in integration of Veeva CRM with external systems using APIs and web services (SOAP/REST)
- Strong problem-solving skill and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work in client facing roles
- Working knowledge of other Veeva Vault applications in Medical, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, and Safety is a plus.
- Prior experience in life sciences or pharmaceutical domain is highly desirable
- Veeva CRM or Salesforce certification is a plus
