Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and execute
    manual and automated test cases
    for our web application (including EEG data collection).
  • Validate
    data accuracy and integrity
    from EEG headset input to final output.
  • Test application performance across different browsers, devices, and operating systems.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and data scientists to resolve issues.
  • Verify integration between EEG hardware SDKs/APIs and the web application.
  • Perform
    end-to-end testing
    including UI, backend processing, and reporting features.
  • Contribute to regression, functional, usability, and security testing efforts.

Requirements

  • 4+ years
    of experience in software quality assurance (manual and/or automation).
  • Strong understanding of
    web application testing
    principles.
  • Experience with tools like
    Selenium
    for automation.
  • Understanding of
    REST APIs
    and ability to use API testing tools (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Familiarity with
    EEG hardware
    (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in
    real-time data processing
    or signal analysis workflows.
  • Knowledge of medical device compliance and regulatory testing standards.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms like
    AWS
    .
