Job Title: Quality Analyst (Manual Tester )

Location: New Delhi , Okhla Phase 1

Experience: 1 to 2.5Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Mode : Onsite

About the Role:We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Manual Tester to join our QA team. In this role, you will be responsible for manually testing web and mobile applications to ensure high-quality software delivery. You will work closely with developers, designers, and product managers to identify, report, and track bugs through resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform end-to-end manual testing of web and mobile applications.
  • Understand and follow software development and testing life cycles (SDLC & STLC).
  • Create and maintain comprehensive test cases and test scenarios.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs using defect tracking tools.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct pre-release sanity checks and regression testing.

Required Skills & Attributes:

  • Basic understanding of manual testing concepts and processes.
  • Familiarity with SDLC, STLC, and testing documentation.
  • Strong communication skills in English both written and verbal.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work in a structured and organized manner.
  • Programming knowledge (basic level preferred, not mandatory).
  • Quick learner with a proactive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Exposure to defect management tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla.
  • Knowledge of web technologies or mobile platforms is an added advantage.
