Role Description

The Senior Executive Engineer will oversee, plan, and execute engineering processes to ensure smooth operations and efficiency in the facility. Responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining plant equipment, ensuring optimal performance, and leading technical projects to build and achieve improvements. The role also involves adherence to regulatory standards, troubleshooting technical challenges, and ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Thoothukudi.

Qualifications

  • Technical proficiency in engineering processes, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Experience in project planning, process improvement strategies, and resource management
  • Proficient understanding of regulatory standards and health and safety compliance in an industrial setting
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and attention to detail
  • Excellent team collaboration and communication skills to effectively coordinate across departments
  • Educational background in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial)
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or refinery plant is highly advantageous
