Responsibility Area

Specific Tasks

Ledger & Tally Management

· Maintain and verify ledgers in Tally software.

· Ensure accuracy in entries and reconcile discrepancies.

Bank Reconciliation

· Perform daily/weekly/monthly bank reconciliations.

· Match company records with bank statements and report differences.

Client KYC Process

· Collect and verify client KYC documents.

· Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Payment Collection

· Follow up and record client payments.

· Coordinate with the sales/accounts team for pending collections.

Transporter Payments

· Process and manage transporter bills and payments.

· Verify supporting documents before releasing payment.

Document Audit

· Audit financial and operational documents for accuracy.

· Maintain systematic filing of records for easy retrieval.

Bank Visits & Coordination

· Visit banks for deposits, withdrawals, or document submission.

· Coordinate with bankers for smooth transaction processing.

Job knowledge, skills, and experience:

Qualification

· 1–3 years of experience in accounts/b ack-office operations (freshers with Tally & accounting knowledge can also apply).

Skills

· knowledge of Tally and accounting principles.

· Good understanding of bank reconciliation and KYC norms.

· Accuracy and attention to detail in document verification.

· Communication and coordination skills (with clients, transporters, and banks).

· Ability to multitask between accounts and back-office operations.
