Job Description:-

  • Take responsibility for all cash management, investments, insurance, budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling accounts payable and receivable.
  • Analyzing financial information and summarizing financial status. Prepare accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with our established schedule and with input from the rest of the accounting department.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance
  • Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts
  • Conduct regular ledger maintenance
  • Supervision of accounts with GST, Sales Tax, Income Tax, TDS, ESI, PF and other statutory/compliance related work.
  • Finalization of Account and Income Tax Return Filling

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Working Experience in IPO Listed company preferrable
  • Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in accounting, business accounting, or finance
  • Experience in mergers and acquisitions and investor relations
  • Five or more years of experience in executive leadership roles
  • Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
  • Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning
  • Sound knowledge on computer applications (MS office, Google Spreadsheet, Tally etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
