Job Summary

We are hiring a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive for our real estate operations. The role

requires strong expertise in data management, advanced reporting, and dashboard preparation to support

sales and management teams with accurate and timely insights.

Key Responsibilities

 Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

 Manage sales, booking, site visit, inventory, and collection data

 Create dashboards and analytics using Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI

 Ensure data accuracy, validation, and consistency

 Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Accounts, and Operations teams for data inputs

 Track targets, performance, conversions, and revenue reports

 Automate reports using advanced formulas and pivot tables

 Share insights and summaries with management for decision-making

 Maintain proper MIS documentation and data backups

Key Skills Required

 Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF,

Charts)

 Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Sheets

 Experience with Power BI (reports & dashboards)

 Strong analytical and numerical skills

 Ability to handle large datasets with accuracy

 Good coordination and reporting skills

Qualifications & Experience

 Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / BCA preferred)

 1–4 years of experience as an MIS Executive

 Real Estate industry experience preferred
