JD for MIS Executive :

MIS Executive will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and maintaining data to support business decision-making. This role involves preparing reports, managing databases, ensuring data accuracy, and assisting in the automation and improvement of reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management & Reporting
  • Collect, compile, and analyze data from various internal systems.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as per management requirements.
  • Prepare dashboards, performance metrics, and trend analysis reports.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across all reports.
  • Database & System Maintenance
  • Manage and update company databases and reporting tools.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining MIS software systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in coordination with IT teams.
  • Process Improvement
  • Identify gaps in existing data collection and reporting processes.
  • Recommend and implement improvements or automation in MIS workflows.
  • Create and maintain documentation of processes, reports, and systems.
  • Coordination & Support
  • Collaborate with operations, finance, sales, and other departments to gather and verify data.
  • Support management in decision-making through timely and accurate reports.
  • Handle ad hoc data analysis and reporting requests.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, macros preferred)
  • Proficiency in SQL, MS Access, or database management systems
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work with large datasets and maintain data confidentiality

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or a similar role (depending on level).
  • Prior experience in BPO/KPO industry is an added advantage.

  • Sales performance reports
  • Financial summaries
  • Productivity and operational efficiency reports

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
