Job Title: Site Engineer – Road & Infrastructure Project (Flyovers, Underpasses, etc.)

Location: Mahua (Near Mehendipur Balaji) – Jaipur Road Project, Camp at Dausa, Rajasthan

Company Overview:

We are a reputed infrastructure company engaged in the construction of large-scale road projects including flyovers, underpasses, and service roads. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Site Engineer to join our project team and oversee on-site execution, ensuring timely and quality delivery of works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the site.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, subcontractors, and workers to achieve project milestones.
• Maintain daily site records including progress, manpower, and material usage.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Assist in preparing bar bending schedules, measurement sheets, and site reports.
• Verify and check construction materials received at site and their proper utilization.
• Support billing and quantity surveying teams by providing accurate site measurements.
• Attend site meetings and provide inputs for planning and problem-solving.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in highway/road/infrastructure projects (flyovers, underpasses preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Ability to manage site execution teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
