Talent Acquisition Specialist
, you'll be the driving force behind discovering, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent. In this role, you'll not only manage the end-to-end recruitment process but also take ownership of recruitment operations, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders alike.

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple functions and levels, ensuring a strong candidate experience throughout the journey.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates through diverse channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
  • Drive proactive talent pipelining for critical and niche roles to meet future hiring needs.
  • Oversee the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accurate data management and smooth process execution.
  • Generate, analyze, and present recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.) to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, audits, and labor regulations in all recruitment activities.
  • Collaborate with vendors, job portals, and external agencies to strengthen sourcing and hiring outcomes.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and insights to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Continuously review and optimize recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, quality of hire, and stakeholder satisfaction.
