Role: Process Engineer – Quality

Responsible for improving manufacturing processes, enhancing product quality, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and solve process and quality issues through root cause analysis.
  • Run experiments to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to improve product quality.
  • Reduce downtime by implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support production teams with technical guidance during issues.
  • Review current processes and suggest improvements.
  • Improve manufacturing efficiency using lean and continuous improvement methods.
  • Analyze capacity and bottlenecks to increase production throughput.
  • Create and update standardized work instructions for operators.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and resolve problems.
  • Improve quality by adjusting process parameters and monitoring results.

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 4 years Experience in Electronics manufacturing, Quality Assurance, or process engineering roles in any EMS company.
  • Strong knowledge of problem-solving tools (Root Cause Analysis, 5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹45,000.00 per month
