Job Description:

Responsible for Assembly, Testing, and Commissioning of winding machines, with knowledge of electronic drawings, pneumatic systems, CNC programming (G Codes), and operating Siemens and B&R controllers. The role bridges mechanical assembly and control system integration, ensuring efficient machine build and reliable operation.

  • Assembly of winding machines, ensuring mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic components are installed per design specifications.
  • Program, operate, and troubleshoot Siemens and B&R controllers to enable precise machine function, leveraging knowledge of G Codes for motion and process control.
  • Read and interpret electronic and pneumatic schematics to support installation, wiring, and fault diagnosis activities.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to ensure smooth integrated machine assembly and address technical challenges.
  • Execute machine testing and commissioning activities, performing functional checks, safety verifications, and tuning of control parameters.
  • Provide hands-on support in troubleshooting machine faults during assembly and field commissioning to ensure compliance with quality and performance standards.
  • Document assembly processes, test results, and program configurations to maintain accurate records for quality and service purposes.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focusing on assembly efficiency, process documentation, and automation enhancements.
