Experience: 3 to 7 Years

Qualification: Any Textile course / Experienced

Salary: Rs 25,000 to Rs 35,000 per month (based on experience and knowledge)

Location: In around Erode and Tirupur Regions.

Job Description:

Key responsibilities

• Oversight of the dyeing process: Oversee all aspects of the dyeing process, from raw material inspection to the final product.
• Quality assurance: Implement and maintain quality control measures to prevent defects and ensure consistent color matching.
• Process monitoring: Monitor machinery, processes, and safety standards to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Testing and analysis: Conduct lab dips, bulk shade approvals, and other quality tests to check for color fastness, shrinkage, and other properties.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot production issues, including color variation and machine-related problems.
• Collaboration: Work with production, engineering, and other departments to optimize techniques and resolve issues.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of quality checks and production processes.
• Team management: Supervise a team of technicians and operators.
