**Job Summary**:
The Finishing Incharge - Dyeing is responsible for overseeing and managing the final dyeing and finishing processes in têxtile production. This role ensures the quality, color consistency, and timely completion of dyed fabrics while adhering to the company's standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise the dyeing and finishing department operations, ensuring that the dyeing process is completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Monitor and control dyeing techniques, including color matching, consistency, and quality of the fabric.
- Ensure proper handling, washing, drying, and finishing of dyed fabrics.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that the finished fabrics meet the required standards.
- Maintain accurate records of dye lots, chemical usage, and fabric processing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the dyeing and finishing process.
- Lead and train the finishing team, ensuring compliance with operational procedures and safety guidelines.
- Ensure the proper maintenance of dyeing and finishing equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and production, to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Monitor material wastage and optimize resources in the dyeing and finishing process.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in têxtiles & B.sc (Chemistry) or equivalent (further qualifications in a related field are a plus).
- Proven experience in dyeing and finishing within the têxtile industry.
- Strong knowledge of dyeing techniques, fabric types, and color management.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot production issues.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols in a production environment.
