Position: Senior Rebar Detailer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead rebar detailing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Handle complex and high-priority detailing assignments.
  • Mentor and train junior detailers to improve their skills and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to resolve project issues.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Maintain detailed records of drawings, schedules, and revisions.
  • Prepare project status reports for management and clients.

Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in rebar detailing software (e.g., AutoCAD, Rebar CAD).
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex structural and architectural drawings.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proven track record of handling complex projects.
  • Knowledge of rebar detailing standards and codes (ACI and Canadian).

Qualifications: B.E. Civil Engineering & Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience: 4-5 years required in rebar detailing domain

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
