Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations and drive the business towards its sales targets. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, leading and motivating the sales team, training new sales staff, managing client relationships, and reporting on sales performance to senior management. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management and leadership
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Relevant certifications in sales or real estate are a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs
