SDE-I Android Developer

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain features for the BeBetta Android app using Kotlin (and Java where required).
  • Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize performance for smooth gameplay and reward experiences.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest Android tools, frameworks, and development trends.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of Android development experience (internships or solid project work will also be considered).
  • Proficiency in Kotlin and working knowledge of Java.
  • Familiarity with Android UI frameworks, layouts, and Material Design guidelines.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and JSON data.
  • Knowledge of Git or similar version control systems.
  • Bonus: Passion for gaming, live entertainment, or building creator-centric apps.
