Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrical Technician to handle installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar power systems, UPS systems, and electrical panels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical wiring, solar installation, and UPS service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, test, and commission solar power systems (on-grid/off-grid/hybrid).
  • Install and maintain UPS systems, inverters, batteries, and related electrical circuits.
  • Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with electrical safety standards.
  • Coordinate with the project and service teams for site execution and client handover.
  • Maintain service reports, material usage records, and customer feedback forms.
  • Support solar and UPS projects at client sites as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
  • Experience: 0–5 years in solar or UPS installation/service (Freshers with strong technical skills may also apply).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Electrical wiring, control panel installation.
  • Inverter, battery, and solar system knowledge.
  • Ability to read circuit diagrams and technical drawings.
  • Other Skills:
  • Good communication and teamwork.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites.
  • Problem-solving and time management skills.

Salary Range:

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skill level)

Immediate Joiners Preferred
