We're Hiring: Senior Executive – Brand | Mumbai (Lower Parel/Curry Road)

Are you passionate about brand-building and innovation in the retail/cosmetics industry? We're looking for a
Senior Executive – Brand
who can drive strategic initiatives, elevate our brand presence, and fuel business growth across digital and offline platforms.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and execute brand strategies that drive visibility, growth, and consumer connection
  • Lead social media and influencer marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns
  • Analyze digital performance (social, influencer, paid) and drive performance-based marketing
  • Collaborate across functions — design, ecommerce, production, PR — for seamless execution
  • Spearhead launches, boost kiosk/store performance, and enhance brand reputation
  • Be at the forefront of innovation in product communication and storytelling

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in brand marketing (preferably in the
    cosmetics/retail
    sector)
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing
  • Proficiency in
    Google Analytics, Meta Business Tools,
    and social media platforms
  • Strong communication skills and a knack for creative, strategic thinking
