Job Overview
As a Junior Fashion Consultant for Adidas Kids at Reliance Retail in Bangalore, you will engage directly with customers, offer expert styling advice for kids fashion, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience. This is a full-time position, suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience seeking growth in the retail industry.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Strong upselling ability to promote products and increase store sales performance (Mandatory skill).
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality customer service and addressing a range of customer needs effectively.
  • Keen sense of fashion trends and styling, especially concerning kids apparel, to provide relevant and current fashion advice.
  • Solid understanding of various products, including features, benefits, and care instructions, to guide customers accurately.
  • Hands-on experience in store operations, from merchandise display to inventory management, ensuring smooth daily functioning.
  • Proven skill in fashion consulting, helping customers make informed choices based on lifestyle and preferences.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact positively with both customers and team members.
  • Quick learner with adaptability to new products, changing retail trends, and dynamic store environments.
  • Attention to detail in visual merchandising and store upkeep, creating an appealing and organized shopping space.
  • Enthusiasm for working collaboratively in a fast-paced retail team to achieve collective store goals.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers, understanding their preferences and recommending suitable Adidas Kids products.
  • Provide personalized fashion consultation, offering creative styling solutions for childrens apparel and accessories.
  • Demonstrate upselling strategies to encourage additional purchases and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Adidas Kids latest trends, collections, and product information for effective customer guidance.
  • Support daily store operations, including stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and inventory checks.
  • Facilitate a positive store environment through polite and attentive service, resolving queries and issues promptly.
  • Assist in achieving store sales targets and consistently contribute to team performance metrics.
  • Ensure high standards of store cleanliness and product presentation, reflecting the Adidas Kids brand values.
  • Participate actively in team meetings, ongoing training sessions, and corporate events as required by store management.
