Skills & Qualification

  • Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or C#, with experience in software development and maintenance.

  • Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, and software design patterns.

  • Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.

  • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure, and containerization using Docker.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Experience with version control systems, such as Git, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements and customer needs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless delivery of software products.

  • Develop and maintain software documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and user manuals.

  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and adherence to coding standards.

  • Identify and resolve technical issues, including bugs, performance issues, and security vulnerabilities.

  • Develop and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and system tests to ensure software quality and reliability.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve software development processes and quality.

  • Lead and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their careers.

  • Contribute to the development of technical standards, guidelines, and processes to ensure consistency and quality across the organization.
