Role Description

This is an on-site role for a Generative AI Trainer, located in Bengaluru. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training modules on Generative AI concepts, tools, and applications. Key tasks include preparing educational content, conducting workshops and hands-on sessions, mentoring learners, and evaluating their progress. Collaboration with the curriculum development team to tailor programs in alignment with learner needs is also a key responsibility, along with staying updated on advancements in AI to ensure relevant and practical instruction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Generative AI tools and techniques such as language models, image generation, and natural language processing (e.g., ChatGPT, Stable Diffusion).
  • Strong academic foundation in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or related fields, coupled with hands-on coding expertise in Python and relevant libraries.
  • Experience in curriculum design, content development, and delivering engaging tech training sessions.
  • Excellent communication skills in Kannada and English to effectively engage with a diverse audience of learners.
  • Strong presentation and mentoring skills, along with the ability to assess and guide learners' progress effectively.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Knowledge of relevant educational technologies and prior experience in generative AI project delivery will be an asset.
