Job Title: Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Machine Learning (ML) Trainer (For Students)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled AI & ML Trainer to teach and mentor students in the fundamentals and applications of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. The trainer will design and deliver engaging lessons that combine theory, practical coding, and real-world problem-solving to help students develop technical and analytical skills in this rapidly growing field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interactive lectures, workshops, and hands-on sessions on AI and ML for students (beginner to advanced levels).
  • Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, projects, and assessments.
  • Teach essential topics such as:
  • Introduction to Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
  • Supervised, Unsupervised, and Reinforcement Learning
  • Data Preprocessing and Feature Engineering
  • Model Building, Training, and Evaluation
  • Neural Networks and Deep Learning (using TensorFlow / PyTorch)
  • Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision (CV) basics
  • AI Tools, Frameworks, and Real-World Applications
  • Provide hands-on practice using Python and relevant libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, etc.).
  • Guide students in mini-projects, research assignments, and AI-based innovations.
  • Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Stay current with the latest AI/ML trends, research, and technologies.
  • Encourage students to participate in hackathons, competitions, and certifications related to AI/ML.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming and mathematical foundations (Linear Algebra, Probability, Statistics).
  • Hands-on experience with Machine Learning algorithms and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Excellent communication, teaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex AI/ML concepts for student understanding.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor in AI, ML, or Data Science.
  • Professional certifications such as Google AI, AWS Machine Learning Specialty, or IBM AI Engineering.
  • Knowledge of Deep Learning, Computer Vision, and NLP.
  • Experience in real-world AI/ML project development and deployment.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI, etc.).
