Nature of Job:- Healthcare related International Voice Process

Shift Timing:- 5 pm to 2 am

WeekOff:- Saturday and Sunday Fixed Off

Cab Facility:- Pickup and drop,two way free cab

Work Location:- Chennai

Job Description:- AR Caller focuses on making outbound calls to insurance companies and clients to follow up on outstanding claims, resolve billing issues, and ensure timely payments. Key responsibilities include claim status verification, identifying claim discrepancies, providing additional information, documenting all actions in billing systems, and maintaining strong communication with insurance representatives. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as extensive computer and telephone usage to support the financial health of healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:-

  1. Claim Follow-Up: Perform outbound calls to insurance companies to check the status of pending, unpaid, or denied claims.
  2. Issue Resolution: Address claim denials, rejections, and requests for additional information to ensure timely payment.
  3. Communication: Maintain effective communication with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and billing/AR teams.
  4. Documentation: Accurately document all claim-related actions, updates, and communications within the billing system.
  5. Patient Interaction: Handle patient billing and collection activities, providing excellent customer service.
  6. System Updates: Update billing systems with relevant claim information and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
