Location: Patna / Project Site

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Project Manager with a strong background in civil construction, structural works, and project execution for large-scale infrastructure projects including metro stations, railway works, refineries, and high-rise buildings. The role involves leading site execution, project monitoring, quality assurance, subcontractor management, and ensuring timely completion of works as per design and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee execution of civil and structural works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project plans.
  • Manage architectural finishing, PEB structures, bridges, and infrastructure works.
  • Monitor project progress, prepare catch-up plans, and ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality and safety standards.
  • Prepare and review inspection test plans (ITP), Quality Assurance Plans (QAPs), and job procedures.
  • Handle survey reports, quality inspection reports, mix designs, IMIR reports, reconciliation statements, and RA bills.
  • Ensure cost control, billing, and documentation in line with project requirements.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for approvals and progress reporting.
  • Conduct quantity surveying, bar bending schedules, and billing verification.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety, compliance, and quality protocols at site.

Requirements:

  • B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
  • 10+ years of experience in execution and project management of large civil/infrastructure projects (Metro, Railway, Refineries, High-rise).
  • Knowledge of PEB structures, bridges, drainage, façade work, piling, earthwork, and finishing works.
  • Strong skills in AutoCAD, MS Office, Surveying, Quantity Estimation.
  • Familiarity with NDT Level-2 (RT, UT, PT & MT) is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
