Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Inside Sales Manager Individual Contributor in the B2C segment at our Bengaluru office. The role involves managing inside sales activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, and maintaining strong account management. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base through proactive communication and relationship-building.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in the training and education industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
