Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed inspections of flats, apartments, and residential projects to identify construction defects and snags.
  • Prepare comprehensive
    snag reports
    with photographs and recommendations for rectification.
  • Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and developers to ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
  • Monitor compliance with quality standards, building codes, and client specifications.
  • Maintain proper documentation of inspections, progress reports, and issue logs.
  • Assist in developing and implementing QC processes and checklists for new projects.
  • Support QA teams in process improvements and preventive measures.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in
    quality control / site inspection
    in residential or commercial construction.
  • Strong knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and defect identification.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple site inspections efficiently.
