About the Role: Intern BI Engineering

is launching the AI Talent Accelerator Program, a 6-12 month career accelerator designed for recent experienced graduates who want to specialize in Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Data Visualization.This program combines structured training with hands-on enterprise projects, providing exposure to BI platforms, data modelling, reporting automation, and AI-driven analytics solutions. Graduates who successfully complete the program will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time BI Engineer role at

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools.
  • Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
  • Perform data modeling, ETL, and data preparation to support reporting needs.
  • Gain expertise in Qlik and advanced analytics integrations.
  • Collaborate with mentors and cross-functional teams on real-world enterprise use cases.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization in reporting solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education:

  • Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, IT, Data Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.

  • Recently graduated (within the last 12 months) from reputed institutions or top universities preferred.

  • Minimum 8.0 CGPA (or equivalent academic performance).

  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in SQL and basic Python for data manipulation.

  • Familiarity with BI platform (Qlik, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, ETL, and data modeling.
  • Exposure to cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

  • Soft Skills:

  • High learning ability and adaptability.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Collaborative team player with ownership and accountability.

  • Commitment:

  • Willingness to commit internship for 6 months (training + internship).

  • Openness to transition into a full-time BI Engineer role post successful completion of internship.
