Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive opportunity plan with Account Executives (AE), utilizing a mixture of sell-to and sell-through strategies.
- Strategize deal movement uniquely through every sales stage to establish the HighRadius value proposition clearly.
- Co-own sales targets through value-based selling.
- Understand customers' businesses to explore automation opportunities and drive consultative value workshops to help customers achieve their KPIs through automation.
- Build and develop cost-benefit ROI, Business Case Models, and functional and technical maturity assessments for clients based on opportunity scope.
- Understand product and competitive products to effectively demonstrate our value proposition to clients.
- Drive technical workshops and integration/interface discussions with clients' IT/Cloud security teams.
- Conduct prep workshops and dry runs with multiple stakeholders, including partners, implementation teams, and product management, to ensure technical wins and exceptional client experiences.
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of ISO-20021 Financial Transaction Processing.
- Experience in strategic planning and consultative selling.
- Ability to build ROI and business case models.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of SaaS products and financial technology solutions.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Education: MBA preferred; however, graduates with relevant work experience (2+ years) can also apply
