The RF Planning Engineer is responsible for designing, planning, and optimizing mobile radio networks (2G/3G/4G/5G) to ensure high-quality coverage, capacity, and performance. This role encompasses HLD and LLLD tasks, essential for translating network requirements into detailed architecture and configuration specifications. The ideal candidate will bring a deep technical understanding, hands-on experience with RF planning tools, and effective collaboration skills.

HLD for radio access networks including site selection, network architecture, topology, and overall coverage strategy.
LLD documents elaborating detailed configuration, parameters, frequency planning, antenna settings, and neighbor cell relations for network rollout and optimization.
Perform RF network simulations, drive tests, and propagation modeling to validate designs and fine-tune network parameters.
Prepare detailed cell layouts, link budget calculations, interference analysis, and frequency reuse plans using standard RF planning tools (Atoll, Asset, MapInfo, QGIS ect. )
Monitor network KPIs (RSRP, SINR, throughput, handovers) and lead ongoing RF optimization activities to improve coverage, capacity, and QoS.
Collaborate with deployment, optimization, and vendor teams to support site acquisition, equipment installation, integration, and testing.
Manage multi-vendor environments by supporting interoperability and configuration management. Huawei preferred. 
Document all design, configuration, and testing results accurately and deliver technical presentations and reports.

Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of experience in RF planning and optimization in wireless mobile networks (4G LTE, 5G NR preferred).
Proven expertise in developing HLD and LLD for radio access networks.
Proficiency with RF planning and optimization tools such as Atoll, Asset, MapInfo, QGIS.
Strong understanding of RF propagation, spectrum management, interference mitigation, and KPI analysis.
Experience working within multi-vendor environments and knowledge of RAN network elements from major vendors.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

• You will be responsible for the performance of RF network design, planning & optimization activities.
• You will also perform post processing analysis, site build verifications and acceptance.
