Position Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the ground-level execution of the clinic's development and launch. This role is pivotal in bringing the vision of the clinic to life, overseeing infrastructure, operations, regulatory compliance, team recruitment, vendorcoordination, and launch activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and entrepreneurial, with proven experience managing cross-functional projects in healthcare, wellness, or premium service sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between the leadership team and local contractors, architects, and designers.

• Oversee day-to-day execution of clinical services.

• Monitor interior fit-out, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and clinical standards.

• Oversee project milestones, track deliverables, and manage risks to avoid delays or cost overruns.

• Ensure timely acquisition of required licenses and approvals (medical, municipal,

commercial).

• Liaise with legal and healthcare consultants to ensure adherence to Indian clinical and safety standards.

• Identify, evaluate, and manage vendor relationships across medical equipment, IT, interiors, consumables, and services.

• Collaborate with leadership to define manpower needs across departments (clinical and non-clinical).

• Coordinate with hiring partners, organize interviews, and support onboarding.
  • Work closely with the clinic's branding and marketing consultants to facilitate local PR, digital campaigns, and launch events.

• Help establish visibility among elite wellness, corporate, and aesthetic clientele in the region.

• Support setup and onboarding of CRM and EMR systems; ensure tech readiness for launch.

• Help select appropriate tools for project tracking and internal communications.

• Create detailed SOP checklists and launch-readiness documentation.

• Support soft-launch activities, including dry runs, customer walk-throughs, and final QA checks.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Engineering, or related field.

• PMP certification or MBA is preferred.

• Minimum 2 years' experience managing multi-stakeholder projects in healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or high-end commercial spaces.

• Familiarity with healthcare licensing, clinical compliance, and facility setup.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; able to engage effectively with senior leadership, vendors, and government officials.

• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and schedules with attention to detail.

• Fluent in English; working knowledge of Tamil is a strong asset.

• Tech-savvy with experience in CRM, project management software, and cloud-based tools.
