We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Engineer to join our growing IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining reliable IT operations, resolving technical issues, and supporting end users across the organization. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on problem-solving, working with modern technologies, and delivering excellent technical support in a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, servers, and peripheral devices
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues efficiently
  • Manage and resolve IT support tickets within defined SLAs
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and security updates
  • Support Microsoft 365, email systems, collaboration tools, and remote access solutions
  • Assist with network administration including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN troubleshooting
  • Maintain user accounts, permissions, and access controls using Active Directory or similar tools
  • Monitor system performance and escalate critical issues when required
  • Document technical procedures, solutions, and IT asset inventories
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth user access setup

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in Information Technology or related field
  • Proven experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments
  • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting techniques
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, and endpoint management
  • Understanding of IT security best practices and compliance standards
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications
