About the Role:
We are seeking a highly capable and technical Product Manager to lead and manage multiple in-house products—both existing and under development. The ideal candidate should have technical knowledge (SQL, AI, basic programming), and solid product management fundamentals. You will translate business needs into product outcomes, drive vision and roadmaps, collaborate with engineering teams, and design features that enhance user experience and reduce operational costs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy & VisionDefine and maintain product vision and long-term roadmap.
Map business objectives to clear product outcomes.
Identify opportunities for Continuous Improvement Projects (CIPs).
Prioritize features that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
Collaborate with leadership to align product direction with organization-wide goals.
Frame business problems clearly and structure them into solvable product challenges.
Conduct ideation sessions, market research, and competitor analysis.
Validate ideas through prototypes, user interviews, or quick experiments.
Translate ambiguous requirements into structured product initiatives.
Own all major product documents such as:
Business Requirements Document (BRD)
Product Requirements Document (PRD)
User Stories & Acceptance Criteria
Process flows, use cases, and system diagrams
Define functional and non-functional requirements in collaboration with engineering.
Create wireframes, workflow diagrams, and low-to-high fidelity prototypes.
Work with designers and engineers to define intuitive UX.
Ensure product usability and clarity before development begins.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams on sprint planning, refinements, and reviews.
Break down features into deliverable milestones.
Drive cross-functional coordination across Operations, Engineering, QA, and Business teams.
Manage timelines, risks, and expectations with all stakeholders.
Define and track KPIs/metrics for product success.
Set up monitoring dashboards in collaboration with BI/Analytics teams.
Use SQL and basic analytical skills to interpret data and drive decisions.
Measure impact of features on operational efficiency and user experience.
Solid understanding of Generative AI basics and prompting.
Ability to conceptualize AI-driven features that improve workflow automation, reduce manual work, and enhance user satisfaction.
Work with engineering teams to explore AI integrations aligned with business value.
Understand data dependencies and backend constraints.
Act as the main point of contact between engineering, operations, business, and leadership teams.
Communicate product updates, releases, and project status clearly.
Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions with users and stakeholders.
Required Skills:
3–7 years of experience in product management (technical product background preferred).
Strong understanding of product lifecycle, discovery → delivery.
Good knowledge of SQL and ability to analyze data.
Understanding of Generative AI concepts, prompting, and AI-driven feature ideation.
Experience writing BRDs, PRDs, user stories, workflows, and wireframes.
Ability to think in systems: functional, non-functional requirements, integrations, dependencies.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with engineering teams.
Comfortable with designing prototypes.
Nice to Have:
Experience in healthcare, RCM, automation, or AI-driven products.
Basic programming experience in Python or similar languages.
