Experience Required:
3 – 5 years in Retail Store Operations (Daily Essentials)

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee
    day-to-day retail store operations
    including inward/outward stock movement and billing.
  • Manage and supervise a team of store associates, ensuring discipline, punctuality, and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate
    system-based stock management
    and inventory reconciliation.
  • Ensure
    smooth customer service
    , maintaining politeness and professionalism at all times.
  • Handle
    customer complaints and service issues
    promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor store hygiene, merchandising standards, and daily sales targets.
  • Maintain
    good coordination with suppliers and clients
    , ensuring timely delivery and documentation.
  • Be proactive in
    problem-solving
    and operational improvements.
  • Uphold the brand's values by ensuring
    excellent store reputation
    and customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate
    strong time management
    and multi-tasking ability during rush hours.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • Diploma or certification in
    Retail Management
    will be an added advantage.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in
    retail store operations
    (preferably in daily essentials/FMCG).
  • Hands-on experience in
    billing systems, stock registers, and POS software
    .
  • Strong
    team management, interpersonal, and communication skills
    .
  • Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
