Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Puri for a Housekeeping Supervisor. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensure cleanliness standards are met, and coordinate with the laundry department to maintain top-notch service. Additionally, the role includes managing housekeeping staff, interacting with guests to address their needs, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction with cleanliness and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven Supervisory Skills with the ability to manage and motivate housekeeping staff
• Proficiency in Housekeeping and Laundry operations
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact with guests and resolve queries effectively
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to uphold cleanliness and quality standards
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in housekeeping management is a plus
