Role: Online Sales Agent

Location: Gurugram (Work from Home option available)

Shift Timing: AU Shift (Starting 2:30 AM IST)

What you'll do:

  • Engage with international customers via calls, chat & email
  • Pitch products/services & close sales
  • Follow up with leads & assist in their journey
  • Maintain CRM records & achieve sales targets

What we're looking for:

Prior experience in international calling / telesales (3–6 years)

Excellent communication & persuasion skills

Comfortable working in target-driven environments

Ready to work in AU shift (early morning)
