Role & responsibilities

  • Sales Coordination: Work closely with the Sales & Account Management Officer to execute on-ground strategies.Manage on-ground delivery operations and Non-MG delivery partners
  • Offline Activation:Actively perform deliveries when required to ensure 100% order fulfillment. Execute offline marketing & local activations to drive order growth
  • Fleet Management: Oversee and manage Non-MG (Minimum Guarantee) Delivery Partners effectively
  • Brand Visibility: Conduct daily restaurant visits ensuring high brand visibility (must wear Gintaa gear).Conduct daily restaurant visits to ensure brand visibility
  • Order Fulfillment: Actively work as a gig worker and fulfill deliveries to ensure 100% order completion and service reliability.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 2+ years experience with Swiggy, Zomato, Zepto, Blinkit, or similar platforms
  • Must work exclusively for Gintaa (no parallel apps)
  • Owning a two-wheeler & smartphone mandatory
  • Willingness to do both operations management and deliveries
