Job Description:

We have an opening for the position of Jr. Sales Admin for a reputed company for their office in the Ghaziabad Location.

 Key responsibilities :

  • Prepare and send DSR and MIS reports to the concerned person.
  • Cash Counting, checking, matching with cash reports and submission in Bank/CMS.
  • Preparing payment advice, Visi cooler & vehicle inspection, and office equipment report.
  • Arrangement of Stationery for the team.
  • Fixed Asset Records & update them periodically.
  • Process of disposing of Yakult and other material and reporting to HO.
  • Indent of Centre, ACB Report, Stock Report, Cash Reports, Fuel data, Material Consumption, Visi-cooler Report.
  • Prepare sales and cash upload, Target Achievement, HD activity, Centre expense, Result of visit, Customer call data, and YL salary.
  • Prepare YL Appreciation and Criteria, YL doc report, and Sr. YL data.
  • Coordinate with Yakult Ladies for specific requirements, promotion material, petty cash and uniform etc.
  • Maintain the daily sales reports of the sales – Home Delivery (HD) team and kept a logbook of vehicles.
  • Day-to-day support to Yakult Ladies (YLs) of a centre like issuing stocks, challans, invoices, and sales revenue collection from YL.

  • Candidate should be polite and responsible.
  • Female candidate with good communication skills, comfortable working in teams, polite, punctual, sincere towards work and must have strong computer knowledge (MS Excel & MS Word).
