Job Description:

The Planning & Coordination Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between buying, sourcing, and sales teams. The role involves managing inventory, supporting allocation and distribution planning, preparing forecasts, and maintaining business reports to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory & Supply Coordination

  • Coordinate with buying and sourcing teams to ensure stock availability as per plan.
  • Support allocation and distribution planning during product launches and seasonal transitions.
  • Track weekly, monthly, and seasonal inwards against the plan to ensure timely replenishment.

2. Forecasting & Planning

  • Assist in preparing short-term and long-term demand forecasts by analyzing sales, seasonality, and market trends.
  • Update forecast files and track actual sales versus forecast to measure accuracy (forecast bias and error analysis).

3. Data & Reporting

  • Maintain and update Sales, Inventory, and other MIS reports.
    • Prepare dashboards and analytical reports for management review.
    • Consolidate inputs from sales, sourcing, and merchandising teams for forecast revisions.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration


• Work closely with Planning, Sourcing, Sales, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth coordination and on-time delivery of merchandise.

Key Requirements:


• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Dashboard Creation).


• Strong problem-solving attitude with analytical thinking.


• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
