Role & responsibilities

  • Manage content posting, scheduling, boosting, reporting, and campaign execution across all social platforms Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Facebook, and YouTube
  • Coordinate with team members for memes, thumbnails, Insta stories, creatives, and video content.
  • Ensure accuracy of facts, figures, and financial disclosures before publishing content.
  • Execute ad campaigns for engagement posts across all social media channels.
  • Respond to comments, queries, and DMs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Brainstorm and execute out-of-the-box festive/celebration campaigns that tie emotions with finance.
  • Suggest innovative content formats to boost reach and engagement.
  • Create weekly memes with relevant finance-related text by sourcing meme templates/videos.
  • Run Streamyard interviews, including recording sessions with host and guest, and host live internal management sessions on YouTube via Streamyard.
  • Prepare and submit weekly social media performance reports highlighting reach, engagement, and campaign outcomes.
  • Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and suggest actionable improvements.
  • Work closely with designers, video editors, and copywriters to ensure timely delivery of creatives.
  • Be comfortable featuring in Instagram reels or assisting in studio shoots when required.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 1to 2 years of experience in social media execution (finance industry preferred).
  • Hands-on knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and YouTube.
  • Excellent knowledge of digital tools and platforms (Google Ads, Youtube Ads Facebook, Instagram & Twitter Ads).
  • Basic understanding of paid ads, post boosting, and campaign monitoring.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to simplify financial topics into engaging content.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in spoken English.
