Job Summary
Responsible for supporting the creation and optimization of supply and production plans for equipment and related materials across the enterprise. Responsibilities include gathering data and inputs to the plan, tracking inventory levels, and daily monitoring of key performance indicators to ensure quality and production requirements are being met. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Prepare, communicate, and monitor production and capacity plans, consisting of both forward and reverse logistics, identifying key risks to the leadership team
Monitor inventory levels and requirements across the supply chain network, identifying potential service level issues before they become customer impacting.
Work extensively with system data to form trends and patterns and troubleshoots with management to identify process and control improvements.
Adhere to agreed master data management (MDM) policies to ensure a common understanding, consistency, accuracy and control in the ongoing maintenance and application use of information.
Develop reports to analyze and interpret key performance indicators to identify trends and areas of focus; Provides in-depth
analysis of data to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the Business Intelligence and Analytics technical team in the development of reports, dashboards, interfaces, and extensions for current planning applications.
Places orders for materials and makes sure that the placed orders are delivered on time
Manage small performance improvement projects to increase production quality and capacity connected to both forward and reverse logistics.
Effectively communicate all project timelines, deliverables, and risks associated with the stand-up and deployment of the operation to the supply chain leadership team.
Liaise internally with key stakeholders to help execute the NPI (New Product Introduction) process.
Supports the development of repeatable, and thus scalable, plans and processes in order to speed time to market and improve operational efficiency.
Effectively manage competing priorities through planned and ad-hoc requests.
Mentor more junior analysts to help facilitate the completion of accurate work.
Advanced working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems or proven ability to learn new systems quickly.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
