About SpartX

SpartX is a fast-growing IT company based in Mohali, delivering custom software, web, and digital solutions to clients worldwide.

We're expanding our business development team and looking for an Online Bidder with experience on Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other platforms to generate new business opportunities and contribute to our global growth.

What You'll Do

  • Generate new business opportunities through Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other bidding portals.
  • Write compelling proposals and manage end-to-end client communication.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.
  • Maintain records of leads, CRM updates, and prepare weekly sales reports.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–8 years of experience in online bidding / IT sales / business development.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, web/app development, or digital marketing solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create customized proposals and close deals independently.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
