Job Summary:

We are looking for a Client Communication Specialist to provide professional and timely support to our international clients. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth communication and a high-quality client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries via email and ensure accurate, timely communication.
  • Draft professional and concise responses to client queries.
  • Maintain an empathetic and positive tone in all client interactions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary.
  • Keep detailed records of all communications and client interactions.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks related to client communication.

Requirements:

  • Any Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
