Production Engineer

Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on project requirements

  • Coordinate manpower, machines, materials, and tools for fabrication activities
  • Monitor production output and ensure targets are achieved
  • Minimize downtime and improve workflow efficiency
  • Supervise fabrication processes such as cutting, bending, welding, machining, and assembly
  • Ensure drawings, WPS, and specifications are followed accurately
  • Optimize fabrication methods to reduce cost and cycle time
  • Support new product or project setup and trial runs
  • Ensure fabrication meets quality standards, codes, and customer specifications
  • Coordinate with Quality Control for inspections and corrective actions
  • Implement and enforce safety procedures on the shop floor
  • Conduct root cause analysis for defects and rework
  • Coordinate with Design/Engineering for drawing clarifications and revisions
  • Work closely with Procurement and Stores for material availability
  • Support Project and Planning teams for delivery commitments
  • Prepare production reports and performance metrics
  • Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, and productivity improvement initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to reduce scrap, rework, and material wastage
  • Support process automation and technology upgrades

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
