Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with strong ISV product development background. The role involves leading end-to-end technical delivery for Salesforce AppExchange products built using Managed Packages.

Immediate joiners only

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development of Salesforce-based applications for an ISV environment
  • Architect and build scalable components using Managed Packages for the AppExchange
  • Hands-on development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Work on external integrations using RESTful Web Services
  • Ensure code quality, performance, and AppExchange security compliance
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor development teams, and implement best practices

Required Skills

  • Strong experience working with a Salesforce ISV (Independent Software Vendor) Mandatory
  • Expertise in Apex, LWC/Lightning, Visualforce, JavaScript, CSS, HTML
  • Experience developing Managed Packages for AppExchange products
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Unit Testing, Lightning Test Service (LTS)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership and communication skills

Good to Have

  • Salesforce Certifications
  • Experience with CI/CD tools for Salesforce
  • Agile development background
