Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Sales Executive - Freshers. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their coworking space needs, and offering tailored solutions. Daily tasks include conducting market research, reaching out to prospects, arranging and attending site visits, maintaining communication with clients, and closing sales deals. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and develop sales strategies.

  • Sales, Negotiation, and Closing Skills
  • Customer Service Oriented
  • Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in English and local language
  • Experience in real estate or coworking space industry is a plus
