Network Administrator

Role: Network AdminWe are looking for a Network Administrator to maintain,upgrade and manage the Network Infrastructure.4 to 5 years of experience in Network InfrastructureSupport.Netops JOB DESCRIPTION:• Troubleshoot/Diagnose network issues and driving aresolution of the issues.• Interact with international team and customers, to ensureconsistent customer satisfaction.Strong Knowledge in Palo Alto Build activities.• Working knowledge of routing protocols OSPF, BGP, LSP andIPSEC VPN, OpenVPN, MPLS -VPNs (L3 and L2 VPNs) and other VPNs.• Working knowledge of Switching techniques: VLAN, VTP, STP,ISL / Ether -Channel Good understanding of OSI Layer 1 and 2 protocols• Good understanding of and Practical Experience in WideRange of Juniper products like SRX 300,320,340,345,550,1500 and PA Firewalls• Good knowledge in ARP, PING, TRACEROUTE, DNS, DHCP• In -depth knowledge and practical understanding ofNetworking concepts OSI, TCP and IP related L3 protocols (DNS, DHCP, IP, ARP,ICMP, TCP, UDP, SNMP, FTP, TFTP)• Solid understanding and troubleshooting skills in IPsecVPN technologies, Clustering and High Availability(HA) concepts on bothfirewall and switch.• F5 load Balancers LTM/GTM Configuration/deployment/Upgradeand troubleshooting.• Ability to understand and troubleshoot various networkproblems using utilities like nslookup, traceroute, ping, net stat and packetsniffers like wire shark, tcp dump.• Good Practical experience in understating andtroubleshooting Network Security and related Technologies• Should have strong knowledge on various attacks like SYNflood, Replay attacks etc and the mitigation techniques• Fundamental of Firewalls -SRX/SSG/ASA/Palo Alto/ProxiesTechnologies• Basic awareness of IT management tools/network monitoringtools• Open to work 24x7 (Including night shift) Requirement:• Experience in handling Juniper, Palo Alto, Cisco and F5load balancers.• Willingness to work in regular US time zone• CCNA /CCNP, JNCIA certification is an added advantage.• Good Knowledge & experience in Routers and Switches(Juniper, Cisco, PA).• Experience in being part of and managing a 24x7onsite -offshore operation, including but not limited to, shifthand -over, operational advice, guidance, support andescalation• Experience in a technical support environment working withCisco products• Hands on experience for network troubleshooting in WANenvironment• Working experience on MPLS, Multicast, BGP, OSPF, LSP,L2VPN, L3VPN, VLAN, STP, VRRP, RSVP,BFD and switching technologies.• Work with various teams to resolve escalated circuitproblems
