Job Overview:

Badho is seeking a creative and detail-oriented
Graphic Designer
with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing visually appealing graphics, marketing materials, and digital assets that align with our brand identity. You'll work closely with the marketing and product teams to create engaging visuals that effectively communicate our value to distributors, retailers, and FMCG brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design creative assets for social media, websites, digital campaigns, and offline brand collaterals.
  • Develop layouts, illustrations, infographics, and other visual elements to support marketing and branding initiatives.
  • Ensure consistency of brand guidelines across all platforms and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with content writers, marketers, and product managers to produce effective design solutions.
  • Edit and enhance images, videos, and presentations to improve visual storytelling.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and creativity.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or Figma.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and original design work.
  • Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Ability to think creatively and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic video editing or motion graphics skills will be a plus.
