- 1-2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer

- The mid-level graphic designer will create visually appealing designs across various mediums. Collaborating with departments and teams, develop creative concepts and deliver visually appealing designs. Utilizing strong design skills and industry knowledge, you'll produce engaging graphics that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop compelling visual designs, including branding, marketing collateral, social media graphics, etc

- Translate concepts into finished products using industry-standard tools and techniques.

- Maintain consistency and integrity of the brand across all design materials.

- Manage multiple design projects, adhere to deadlines, and coordinate with stakeholders.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align design with project goals.

- Review work for accuracy, quality, and adherence to design specifications.

- Stay updated with the latest design trends and continuously improve design skills.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc) and relevant design tools.

- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and technical skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Familiarity with web design, motion graphics and print production processes is a plus.
